Had a recall to this machine today. I fitted a new circulation pump and motor about seven weeks ago. Same fault reocurred in that the pump was jamming the motor due to the impellor becoming loose. Is this a common fault and what is the solution to this problem? I realise that the pump is under warranty. I have tried to retighten the impellor but if it is to tight it just jams the motor. I hate recalls especially when its not my fault.
Any assistance would be appreciated
