Candy CM126 leak

Good afternoon all,

Would appreciate some help on the above washing machine fault.
As soon as the m/c is switched on water pours out of the soap dispenser unit.
I have removed the unit, and upon inspection could not find any apparent splits/breakages etc. I realise several sections of the dispenser are “double skinned” so leakage hard to detect.
Also checked both supply hoses, and larger one to tub which are not leaking.
Wondering if another m/c fault could cause backpressure in system, with only route for water to escape through dispenser.
Water absolutely cascades from the front of the dispenser, and I don’t want to renew it if fault not cured.

Hope someone can advise.
