Morning all,
Has anyone come across the above washing machine absolutely pouring water from out of the soap dispenser when switched on?
Having removed, and inspected the hoses and dispenser unit there is no obvious split or hole, although sections of the dispenser are double skinned.
I’m wondering if there is another fault, causing backpressure in the system as I haven’t come across such a vast leak from the dispenser.
(i’m fairly new to the business)Appreciate any feedback.

Hi! Yes i can happen but this is normally caused either by a blocked dispensor hose when the user is putting 2 much powder in and it builds up in the bend of the hose? Or the jets in the top of the dispensor are badly gunked up and do not spray neatly into the dispensor drawer but spray out down the front? Is machine only doing it when its filling? or filling too high ie: blocked or faulty pressure system? Or not draining fully and going into spin with alot of water in the tub? or machine going into spin when it should tumble?
