Miele S758 cleaner

Anyone know what the flashing amber light on a miele S758 cleaner means ?? as everything inside looks ok and checks out, but the motor dosnt start, just get this amber light. The motor has 3 wires going to it and only has a reading on 2 of them, brown and blue, but noting on the black, cut out inside the motor ?????
