    we have a whirlpool adg722 dishwasher which stops before the end of its cycle and flashes 4 times.we press and hold the start button to get it going again.has anybody any idea what i can look for.thanks

    No drain detected in the time allowed. If iot doesn’t drain, find the blockage. If it does drain, thoroughly clean the level switch – black grid in the sump moulding.

    Power off before removing any panel.

    does the black grid come out as it does not seem to want to move and i dont want to force it and break it.thanks

    Cleaning in situ with an old toothbrush and very hot water will often do the trick. If it has to come out, it’s a twist fit from underneath – third of a turn and pull.
