I’ve had the same problem with the freezer alarm. I found the fix in the thread that you have already posted on.

I know it will take time to read this thread but all the answers are there. When you read it it will often refer to the clicking of relays and ice maker issues but the same ‘fix’ sorted out my freezer alarm as well.
If you are competent you can replace the capacitors on the printed circuit boards (PCB’s) for about £20. That’s what fixed mine. However, if you are in any doubt what so ever how to do this then pay for a qualified person to change the PCB’s. It may cost over £300 to do this but it is better to pay with pound notes than pay with your life!
