My AEG SANTO 75348-KG (product no 928405228-01) does not defrost automatically anymore and needs to be defrosted manually every two months. A local service engineer came out and said that there is a known problem with this model that requires replacement of the PCB (at £180). I called AEG Electrolux and they said that there weren’t any known problems… . Who is right? Is there an online database with known problems?
