Steam from drawer on most washer dryers is normally due to an OC condensor solenoid valve.

Did one on a Bosch only last week, managed to prise off the coil and fit one from a new single valve.

If the condensor solenoid test ok , next stop is a blocked condensor box on the LHS . They can get blocked where the condensor box is attached to the drum …..not a job for the faint-hearted !!!

Let it run for 10 minutes, these valves like to work for a few minutes then stop. If you do need to get to the condenser at the bottom, take the front off, then lie it on its RHS, gives you a touch more room to play with.
There is also something else that can cause this problem, never come across it myself so not 100 percent sure on this, but I think it is if the pipe from the little rectangular plastic chamber (where the water feeds from the valve) to the condenser chamber is too long. Like I said, Im not too sure about this, so hopefully someone else can clarify it.
