    Hi,

We bought a Candy Washer Dryer (CMD146) about 10 months ago. For the third time, the belt has slipped off.

Can anyone advise if this is a common problem? Getting fed up with refitting the belt.

    Thanks

    Overloading? Un-even load?

    Belt stretched?

    Drum bearings wearing?

The fact that its that in-frequent I would say its a loading issue.

Some very wet towels when the belt came off this time so possibly overloading.

I am having difficulty to get the belt to stay on now so perhaps it has stretched.

if it only 10 months old then call the manufacurer as there is a fix for this problem.

    Hi Bob,

Can you advise what the fix is?

The engineer is coming on Friday and I want to make sure he does more than just re-install the belt.

    Thanks
