Diplomat HJA 86309 (Dish-Washer)

The machine is dead, checked power going into timer pcb (checked ok) no other functions, suspect pcb but wonder if the motor could cause this, as only a year ago it went dead then and she feels the motor was changed, would that cause this fault!!
unable to gain access to internal parts as being built in and floor tiles in the way.
