    it would appear that after a long wait the machine works fine, but on a following wash the machine stops with water in it and the prewash light flashing seven times, any body got a thought on this? cause the customer is a / short of full web address and has phoned me several times since i called round at 1pm TODAY.

    7 flashes is a motor fault.

    Thanks Chris, i did look in the fault code book but it said the start/pause button did the flashing not the prewash, must be a typo, so many thanks.
