    hi has anyone got the fault codes for the above appliance they begin with C thanks.

    Hi.

    They actually begin with E for Error, not C.

    What fault code do you need to know about?

    hi this fault code was c11 the pump filter was blocked , so i assume the codes are different to the ones in the fault code list thanks.

    Not at all, the code you saw actually read E11 but the LED display on that machine must have the centre bar of the E missing? Perhaps further sections of the particular display were also faulty too?

    All error codes on this model begin with E.

    I’m pleased you sussed the problem anyway. 😀

    E11 is a fill problem, E21 is drain problem. I cannot see how cleaning the filter would resolve a fill issue.

    If it has, well done but let us know if it happens again please.
