    WMA with 3 lights.

Door lock light, ‘run’ light and end light.

I can’t decide if it’s the customer or the machine that is faulty 😕

She says the door lock and run light flash together. Haven’t seen it do this fault code myself. Can’t find anything wrong with it after a quick check-over, except it’s filling slowly because of a cr*p plumbing job. But it’s not filling slow enough for that to be the fault?

Anyone (iadom) know that fault code, please? 😉

    Hi Paul,

I will send you some light reading. 😉

Just had a quick look through that bumf and those two lights are not an error code, she may have got them mixed up but you now have the full list plus diagnostics routine, very low water pressure will throw up an error code BTW. 😉

p.s she is shutting the door hard enough isnt she? they need a firm shove and push, something us will do but customers wont…

went out to a w200 today that wasnt starting. door was shit but wouldnt do anything. shoved it hard and it worked. seems the hinge hearers had worn. thing was i had to write the machine off as the drum was so loose it was hitting the inners. oddly enough the elderly customer hadnt even noticed the noise.

bless her i think her hearing was on the complete opposite sliding scale to the increase of the noise of the machine…

Although that is flagged up by RUN & END, not RUN & LOCK.

If pressure switch is not triggered within 94 seconds it will go into error, as I said, I suspect she is getting her lights mixed up. 😉
