Hi everybody,
Everyone seems very helpful so here goes
I have a Whirlpool generation plus dishwasher, is about 5 years old and has gave me no trouble until now,
Stops half way through cycle and beeps, when i open the door the right hand light flashes 3 times then a gap then 3 times ect ect
water seems very cold
i have read here it may be a Heater failure ?
How do i repair/replace this and what part will i need
can i diy it or is it a professionals job
Any replys will be much appreciated

Yup, no heat in the time allowed. Heater is a tube-type situated under the tub, so you have to pull it out and remove the bottom cover for access. Heater should read approx 25 ohms if it’s working. Connector at heater occasionally burns out.
If the heater has failed, we will need the actual model number of the appliance in order to identify the replacement part.
Power off before going in.
