I don’t know whether anyone else has had this problem, the fully integrated washer when the door is hard to close and open. I left my query with AIS who inform me that it is a Smeg made product and that they will take it up with Smeg and let me know. Well that was last week, by now I have two pissed off customers and two pissed off kitchen fitters.
Anyway, problem solved, the information is on the Smeg disk, I found it myself 😀
The part number to order is 762810542, it is a 1mm spacer that fits to the door hinge to allow the door to close more easily.
