    Hi all, Got a hoover VHD 9143 ZD -80. No motor action and code f9. Hand book says to turn it off then on again. Checked the codes we have on this site but as yet haven’t found it. Anyone had anything like it?

    e9 on a vhd machine is usually a board fault(motor triac), also need to check motor and wiring.

    Thanks. Customer not happy as only 18 months old.
    Winge at Hoover I suppose.
