if youre a connections user, youll need to either locate a s/n, or failing that, remove the part and match it up – I know in the past connect rarely use rangemaster model numbers because the most model will use the same core components (other than styling/cabinet specific parts) and because they tend to be faily long running, supply of certain parts will vary for the same model. spec updates are obviously ongoing but the model names dont change, just the s/n… so spares are run off the s/n as that will refer to its production run as well. there should be at least a serial number on the back?? sometimes the purchaser will often write it on the handbook somewhere too
