Samsung RL39WBMS runs ok, then won’t restart

Anyone help on this one ? It’s a mate’s machine, runs fine when you plug it in until it’s got down to temperature, then won’t restart. Unplug and try again and it runs OK again. I’m suspecting a sensor or PCB fault, but don’t normally work on Samsung so I’m not sure. Any ideas ? Thanks

check the defrost heater – its probably o/c

Thanks johnsdad. Just had a look at the defrost heater on connect & looks like it’s only available with an evaporator, so it’ll be going for scrap. He only paid £65 for it at auction. I’ll test it anyway, thanks.
