Zanussi ZWD 14270W counter weight part no.

Hi,
I went to a customer a few weeks back with a Zanussi ZWD14270w machine.
The rear counter weight had come loose. It looked as though the metal inserts in the weight had come loose so tightening the screws opened up the fixing in the plastic rear tank but would not go any tighter. I played around for a while with the loose metal inserts until they gripped a little and told the lady to see how it went.
She’s been on the phone today to say its happened again. I only have the model no. and no PNC at the moment. The lady was using the machine.
Stupid me, thought it would be easy to find a PNC or easily access the correct part, from just the model but its proving ellusive.
It may finally prove to be a rear half tank as well but I’m going to try the weight first.
If anybody supply me part no. for the weight it would really be appreciated.
