Hi -I’m new to the forum today and hoping that I can get some help.

I had an error code F4 today with the start light flashing 4 times, repeated. The dishwasher had rinse water in the base which wouldn’t pump out. I cleaned this out manually and removed all filters. they weren’t dirty as they are regularly cleaned. I blew down the outlet hose and was able to blow waste water into the sump, so no blockage there.

I have the panels off (power off too) ready to take things apart. any ideas where I should start?
    Thanks

Drain pump is accessible by removing the lower front cover plate. The pump is a twist fit. You’ll probably find some sort of foreign body.

    Power off first.

I took it off – it looked fine. anyhow when I put it all back together, bingo. Problem solved.
    Many thanks for your advice
