i have got the same prob as pasted below but i have changed the front and side module, please help as dont know what to check next

    Bosch t dryer WTE6920 GB/01

you can set all controls start light flashes

push start buton light stops flashing

dry light illuminates and thats it total silence no fault codes and no movement or heater

time counts down on the auto settings timer will stop after so long proving sensors are active

i am assuming main pcb will be at fault part no 26 7937 but at £132 plus not the sort of part you want to get wrong

not sure if emw can do these boards may only be a relay

if it is a relay you can check yourself but you have to operate the pcb with accees to relay coil terms if you get a voltage at coil and relay does not close you have found it
have just done this on a bosch dryer that is not heating relay had 9v on coil but not operating have just got new relay will fit tomorrow and find out only stand to lose £4 if i am wrong not a bad gamble

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, i should have mentioned that i have changed the module, so that rules out relay probs etc…. so back to square one 🙁

    sound like a weird fault

was it the same with the original boards

take it you have checked heater etc for continuity in case board does checks before it starts

I’d be thinking about fitting a new door lock lads. I have the same fault a couple of times on the Neff version – sets the programmes ok , start led goes solid and counts down but no drum action or heater. Both times it was the door lock !!
