Hi, This machine will intermittently stick on the wash after the heating cycle has ended.Machine seems to heat to temp but then will stay washing with no advance with no fault code displayed. By manually skipping to the rinse, it will randomly go into fault code E34 (analogue pressure switch fault). Would this fault cause the sticking wash or could a faulty ntc cause this even if its come out of the heating cycle.Any help appreciated.

    Hi.

Have you done an insulation test when it faults? I am wondering if the heater insulation is failing after use. The pressure sensor/switch is wired through the heater so this is a possible cause.

Yes, checked it first and after fault occured no problem there. Wondered if the pcb relay could be breaking down after a while. Haven’t visually checked this yet!

When you say “no problem there” with heater insulation, don’t be fooled into thinking that just because it’s 20 or 30 times the safety limit, it isn’t causing your fault. 😉
    Mike.
