    Customer says when she starts it on a wash it will wash for about 10 mins then jump straight to spin cycle – any ideas guys?

    well you should have them now

    sent them twice once as a 12mb file and again split in 2 in case you inbox could not cope

    AEG/Zan/Lux washer driers of recent vintage with the double element with the terminals nearly touching the back of the split cabinet. You have to split the cabinet to get the element out. If it goes just a little bit low on your megger (e.g. 20 MOhm) it will cause the electronics to do strange things. Disconnect it and see if the machine then behaves normally.
