    Hi

    We have a 16 month old ZWF 12070. It was working fine yesterday then today it is either making a draining noise or a droning noise. The filter at the front was blocked and we have cleared that. We have also checked all the pipes etc at the back. Have poured water into the soap tray and put it onto 90, it takes the water in from the tray, goes quiet then starts the draining noise again, then goes quiet then does the draining noise again.

    It doesnt matter what programme we put it on to it does the same thing every time either drain noise or droning noise. It wont take water in from the pipe, drum wont turn etc.

    Please please please can anyone help?

    If the drain pump runs continuously, regardless of what programme you selct, it’s almost certainly a pcb failure.

    Due to the costs involved, I would seriously advise seeking professional help on this one.
