ParticipantHi, as per subject title; have done a search, taken drawer out and cleaned syphon, poked at the holes above the conditioner compartment which seem to be clear, but there is no water going into the drawer to take the conditioner 🙁
Does this machine have a seperate solenoid to let the water into the conditioner compartment as I’m guessing that’s the problem?
Thanks for any advice

Hello Keybored
Chances are it will be the water ways in the upper drawer blocked (cant easilly get to them to clean them), although you could be right about the solonoid. Easy way to check is to put appliance on wash with the prewash setting, if the water comes into the pre-wash section of the drawer then the solonoid is fine.
To clean the upper dispenser tray, try forcing a long cable tie up the four little holes in the middle, push it all the way up to the back.Hope this helps

Hello H!
Thanks for taking the time to reply. If I put it on a rinse it does take water into the prewash section at a good rate of knots. Above the softener compartment there are about 20 small holes which I assume allow the water into the softener? I have poked a paper clip into all of them and they seem clear, so I assume I might have to take off the lid of the machine to get to other side of them as it were!

With patience, the top of the soap box can be removed, and the inner panel teased out for proper cleaning.
Put your model number into http://www.boschcustomerservice.com for exploded diagrams of how it all fits together.
Power off first.

I did that but it doesn’t really give enough detail, but thanks anyway. If I took off the lid and undid the torx screws at the front of the soap box would it pull out then?
