I needed flippers so of course the test was 0.1 meg down I took the motor off and dried it out but by now it will be back to square one. I explained to the agent but they dont want to know same with the landlord.
as last one in is it my call or is there some regulation about position?

Hi Wilf: Personally I would’nt work on it in those sort of conditions, never mind customer safety what about your safety? Make sure you give the Landlord / Agent a written account of what you found & preferably send recorded delivery so you have proof they received it. Also make a note on the job sheet.
