Hi lads going to above washing machine and the customer tells me that she turned it on and she heard the door lock and there was a burning smell and a humming noise so im thinking the motor but wouldnt it give an error code if it was the motor. Any other ideas guys?
Tom
It would have to fill up before the r/c pump would start. Would think drain pump would (try to) run first. Maybe there’s water stuck in it from last wash and drain pump is stuck and getting warm. How sensitive is customer’s nose? 🙂
Alternatively, burning smells often come from suppressor or board :rolls:

Hi guys I called today both the pumps ok but the door interlock keeps clicking and i checked the module it looks like there is nothing blown . I have ordered a new interlock but its funny its not showing any error codes.
