Beko DRCS 68W Cond Dryer

    Replaced the heater assy on the above due to one of the stats going o/c, Now finding that it will heat for a bout 10 sec on any program then the heat turns off and the drying light flashes. Never worked on one of these before so a bit stumped as to the reason.

    its a sensor dryer , did you put wet clothes in in to test 🙂

    Did try it with a couple of damp items and also on timed dry, I will get the customer to try with a fullload.

    Timed dry still uses the sensor. If it doesn’t pick up damp clothes it will cut the heater off and continue for the set time with no heat.

    Called the customer and asked her to try with a full load, But she just called me back and said its still cutting out the heat with the drying light flashing.

    Four relays on that board. I’d be looking there. Connect has the circuit diagram and exploded views on mediator. New board only £20+ trade.

    Going to call back on Monday to have another look, Would any one know were the drum sensor is, As thinking back I don’t remember seeing one on the top of the drum?.
