lg wm14220fd pump problem ?

    hi guys called to a blocked pump on this m/c took it out , full of gunk,and fitted a new pump,switched it on, selected 1 min drain,nothing….??
    took the new unit out etc,and refitted, still no drain or pump out ..??..
    after checking again,nothing?.
    it is the m/c type with two!!..pumps ,oh and after fiddling about for ages,the customer tells me ,her husband,had the m/c,upside down!!!!
    ggggggggggggrrrrr, any suggestions,apart from the obvious,!! woul be helpful,…

    If he has turned it upside down the main PCB Control module in the facia probably got wet, what a numpty :rolls: , all I can suggest is check you are getting supply voltage at the pump when on drain 🙁

    just a thought you have changed the drain pump and not the recirculation pump ?

    hi guys thanks for your replies,ie, jonah,electrofix,and bob hope,
