    Where can I obtain a replacement glass shelf for a model BL 492W?

    Somebody will probably check that in the morning for you as you need a parts DVD ROM for Electrolux product to check it.

    I did 😀

    The glass shelf is no problem, you may also need the plastic trim that fits along the front of it. List prices for these are as follows:

    Shelf £8.12 Trim £3.41. Both inc VAT but not postage.

    Mail me directly if you want these ordered for you.

    Personally i would advise to take the measurements to your local glazier and get a new one cut to size which is normally about £6.00.Thats all we was instructed to do when working within expert appliance care.saves on delivery damage exetra.
