Can’t seem to track one down, not a common model.
Anyone know of a supplier or have they disappeared due to them going bust.

Have you looked at M6804W which indicates 5045173492011 on Connect.
Or search Masterpart using drop down menu > engine no. > several beginning 0100772…
There seem to have been quite a lot of Servis door seals, wouldn’t be surprised if many are pretty much interchangeable.

Contacted masterpart who aren’t able to help.
It’s a large load machine with a bigger door.

Could try a part number enquiry to Connect.
Alternatively, could the old seal be repaired, at least temporarily? Or has it decomposed into goo over a considerable area?

It’s the lip thats gone soft, hard water here so I cleaned the glass which will hopefully make a difference.cant rotate it either.
can’t do much more for them, thats life now I’m afraid.
Plus side is the internet and this site does give the opportunity to check most avenues.

Had a Hotpoint WM series doing same last week. Boot seemed OK but would just let a couple of spoonfuls dribble down the front. Lip not distorted or rusty. Customer wasn’t concerned about it, happy to collect it with a towel, as she’s been doing for years. I was thinking maybe of “thickening” the glass up with a couple of layers of clear weatherproof tape which is used for repairs to greenhouses. Might work, might not. I might try it next time I see this.
