been out to this and checked it all over all seems ok but fridge did not feel as cold as usuall.customer is complaining that a couple of times a day all buttons on fascia flash and it beeps slowly. nothing is running when it fails. the only way he stops it is to turn it off at wall then turn it back on. has any one had any similar problems to point me in right direction

according to manual seems to be an ntc failure
give me an email address will send the manual you will need it to diagnose which one is faulty
