    Help – this dw wouldn’t empty – cleared glass from pump – now draining continuously – no water in base – is it poss there is an airlock in water matrix or does any one know what else could cause this.

    assuming the micro switch above the float in the base isnt being tripped by the base not being fitted correctly or air pressure in the pipe leading to it then it may be the jammed pump has duffed the pcb. Have you left it long enough at the start of the programme? Can be ages before it starts to fill properly-a good 2 or 3 minutes of continuous pumping and fill is pretty normal.

    know what u mean had a few of these that pumped and pumped and just when i was starting to get really worried pump stops and starts filling

    Have left it for a good 5 mins – I know what u mean about taking its time to fill but this one empties for about 5 mins then stops for about 2 mins then starts to empty again.
