My dads a roofer and…..

Not my dad but some to***r of a customer I’ve got today.
Rings me up, first of all says he lives one place then turns out he’s doing a ringing from afar generalisation when he lives about three miles from the large town he mentioned (my little gripe that when organising the route 😉 ).
Bosch integrated dishwasher (worth repairing ‘cos it cost me 500quid) no model number, apart from he’s found a brochure and gave me the brochure number 😡 , the pump is on all the time. Spoke over me whenever I tried to reply, then when I prised in that one possibility is a leak into the base he comes up with ‘could you not get the part on account and return it if its not right?’. To which I said NO, not without knowing the model number or fully diagnosing the fault. To which he said ‘My dads a roofer and thats what he does, just returns what he doesn’t want 😯 ‘ Don’t get much call for new roofs on dishwashers do we sir.
