hi all,went to machine today not reaching full spin.worked ok empty.put full load on then did not reach final fast spin.redistributed clothes and did final spin.customer said not as dry as used to be.water draining good.customer said she never used to have this problem. machine is approx 7years with no probs and used daily.surely it cant be an uneven load every time now.am i missing something regards tedd
