    Having trouble installing TDS dics on my laptop after it has been reformatted,laptop in running XP pro. Have installed adobe from disc. When you run setup.exe it opens InstallShield wizard and the window show 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} and thats it . InstallShield wizard window closes and dvd drive stops running. Any help please.

    Post back relevant information from Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer>Application

    Problems are hight lighted with a handy error symbol.
