hi ya what does e 20 mean

e20 is the customer viewed error code for no drain
you need to access test program to find actuall error code eg e21,e22,e23,e24
To enter diagnostics:
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Press and hold down START/PAUSE and any one of the option buttons simultaneously.
3. Holding down both buttons, switch the appliance on by turning the programme selector one position to
the right (clockwise).
4. Continue to hold down the START/PAUSE and option buttons until the LED begins to flash (at least 2
seconds).In the first selector position, the operation of the buttons and the relative LEDs is checked; turning the
selector knob clockwise activates the diagnostics cycle for the operation of the various components and
displays any alarm conditions.Re: zanusi
seized pump could take the board out make sure all new pumps have TOC fitted to protect the electronics

Indeed so and as you have changed both the pump (which would show an E20 error anyway) AND the heater then chances are the pump triac on the board has blown?
Word of caution though first, before you just stick in a new PCB do take a close look at the surface components on the board to spot any signs of damage. I should hate you to go to the expense of fitting one and the same happens again. 😉
