Hello
I have been to one of these machines and the motor brushes were well worn. I replaced these but I cannot get the F21 Error to clear.
Having thread the other posts it looks as though I may need a new power module.
Has anyone any other suggestions or is this likely to be what is it?

you need to clear the error before it will work again, usually doesnt need a board just a reset.
heres how….
You have to enter the test programme –
Set selector switch to the 6 o’clock position ,
hold the spin speed button , turn the selector switch one click clockwise
and after a couple of seconds release the spin speed button.
It may still show F21 but then switch off and switch back on and it should clear
