    I have a problem with the oven not firing up. the flame stays on low and doesn’t increase when turned up. Is it the thermostat and can it be fixed? roughly how much will the job cost? Appreciate some advice.

    Sorry but we are unable to help with gas repairs.

    This link explains why you will need a gas safe registered engineer to carry out the repair.

    If you click the find an engineer in your post you may well find one in your area.
