    hi,

    WFX3267GB

customer complained that machine not spinning.
carbons were completely gone, so replaced.
machine now spins and pumps a treat but when it gets down to 1 minute on the display it goes back upto 47 minutes and carries on.
    no fault codes are displayed.
any help really would be good.
    cheers.

Is this on a wash cycle ? I’d check that the heater isn’t open circuit or going down to earth.

I had a similar problem to this after replacing brushes on a bosch. Went back took out motor and completly cleaned out all the carbon dust, which sorted the problem.
