    Hi folks

    Went to this one yesterday – cust says first two lights on (left to right, prewash and wash) and call engineeer light on.

    m/c switched off when i got there needless to say no lights up when i switched on – checked m/c thru and no apparent probs so told her to try again. Cust says had power cut during day and had to reset all her clocks so wondered if that had something to do with it.

    Found AWO/D fault codes on stickey but as this just a light job no indication of how to relate light sequence to fault code.

    Can anyone enlighten me please incase I have a return call.

    Nobody know how to relate the lights into fault codes on these??

    Hi I’ve got to go back to one of those, customer reports service light on and clean pump light on, door locked with water still in it. I rebuilt new tub and ran it in the workshop worked ok – any ideas ?

    Hiya, can you send me some stuff too, i had this very problem last night, couldn’t find a thing wrong with the machine and it worked once i’d had a furtle with it, but this morning customer rang to say it was doing the same thing all over again
