So far we have checked that it’s getting water ok. We have tried to fill in hot water, from the beginning of the program. None of it helps, any advice would be much appreciated. Assuming the coding system is standard, 12 flashes = code FB, which is the diverter valve failure code. This is a device which alternates the water between the top and bottom spray arms.
