Hi, My belling duel fuel cooker has a fan oven that is blowing cold air. Does anyone know if there is more than one element in the model 864? and if it is easy to replace?

isolate the supply circuit at the wall or consumer unit FIRST

    remove oven shelves

remove back cover ploate at rear of oven chamber this covers fan

inspect heating element…if its blown you can may see evidance of element being split of welding like marks

if not visable remove element and meter element to check for continuity

if no continunity then element is blown ( open circuit)

it is advisable to get circuit to element checked out as some element failures take out control thermostat also..in which case you will need a thermostat

in real terms an expert is the best route to take ie -an qualified engineer
diy is ok but BE SAFE and sure so get in an expert
