    This f/f is overfreezing in freezer – not cooling in fridge – can anyone tell me the most likely cause .

    Evaporator blocked with ice.
    Clear ice, check fan, thermal fuse, defrost sensor, defrost heater, defrost drain hole (for blockage), make sure baffle is operating if ok remove rubber seal from around baffle and bin it.

    Does the defrost heater for this come seperately -it seems to be part of the evaporater

    i have a f/f with the same problem, tried looking on connect for parts unable to find them, would anyone have part numbers pls and is the appliance worth repairing?

    Hi

    Nope the heater can be ordered seperatly,in fact if i remember correctly a rl33 heater fits.
