    I have a claim at the moment going through with my credit card company.
    I bought a kitchen from MFI and it has integrated appliances, all diplomat (i know before im told!!!):oops:

    The dishwasher bottom arm has stopped rotating and the oven has ceased heating up.

    I am after (as in the letter) a suitably qualified professional to provide an informed evaluation of my appliances. the report has to be on company headed paper detailing the problem and cost to repair. so i can then send the report to the credit card company and then action the repair.

    I am in the walkden area of salford, manchester.

    so im asking if anybody is or knows of the right person around this area.

    If you click on repairs@ to the left of the page it will give you a list of qualified people in your area.
