    got this one yesterday, clean pump light was flashing so cleaned pump started machine and everything was fine, customer rang today to say the same lights flashing but when she presses the start button again the machine goes right through the cycle, anyone know whats causing this, any help would be good on this one

    It could be that a coin is lodged in the drain hose causing it to block intermitantley or a common one is for socks etc jammed in the sump hose.
    Also crud in the pressure pot?

    i stripped all the drain hoses out and they were all clear, the pump was working fine too, there was a lot of grot around the eco ball but i cleaned all that too, got me stumped

    Hi Troffy

    Take the eco ball out……….If the customer does low temp washes the eco ball sticks and then times out after 6 mins.
