Hi guys,
The grill stopped working a while ago and now the fan element has blown, i found the fan element is open circuit but the grill element is fine however the 2 center wires (of 4) on the grill come down towards the fan element, they are connected together but not to any terminals anywhere (they are just danggling), They look as though they should be on the fan element terminal, does anyone know if this is the cause or is it something else?

On the wiring diagram the Grill is wired direct from term 4 on switch, other side shows connected to circulation fan, bottom and top element.
The Circulation fan has a temp limiter wired with it, I`d double check the wires in case you missed them and someone has removed the limiter and wired direct.
