    Hi all,

I know, a long time I have not posted, such is my life @ present, anyways.

Hotpoint model WT741G, tho on the machine it clearly says WT741 and on the rating plate it has after model 42413. According to our friends @ Hotypoint, they reckons no such numbers exist for 42413 or WG741, the girl must have been reading from a script, I was getting the run around like billyohe. Perhapse one of you may tell me the actual correct bumber or number, tho on the invoice it is written WT741G.

OK, the problem is this, power to the m/c OK, press start and all lights, like every where flash in unison, no stopping or pausing for breath, continuous flashing. Does anyone have any ideas on this. It may well be something very simples, knowing me it will be and I will no doubt feel like a real twerp, but that is life for me at present tho.

I need somebody’s experience on these, the correct model number like, and the cause of the infuriatingly flash.

    hi oldtog,

commercial code 42413 is model no. WT741/1G,

try disconnecting the wires to the facia panel and at the module end and reconnecting them failing that it a new main module but you will need a smartcard writer to programme the module.
