    dishwasher shows code E25 I havent been there yet and customer can’t give me model no or serial no but tells me it is no more than 14 months old can you help? thankyou

    If its less than 2 yrs old , why isn’t she going back to Bosch ?

    No idea,she rang my office and asked specifically for me no one else on recommmendation!so can anyone help thanks

    Nomadpaul my concience got the better of me,rang her to find that she has lived in house for 14 months not d/w age, thats 3yrs,call booked for fri,is this fault the e25 the little pump cover that becomes dislodged?Sorry for wrong info 😳

    the model given is:sms50e06gb/01,apparently the e25 refers to the detergent solution pump being blocked or cover loose,but what is the detergent solution pump any help would be appreciated thankyou

    Taking a guess that the detergent solution pump is where the tablet goes.

    It means the drain pump is either blocked or the pump cover is loose/off.

    In the sump at about the 5 o’clock position is a small cover that you can pop off to access the drain pump impellor – check the operating manual to see how to access it – The impeloor may have a foreign object blocking it……BUT its very important that the impellor cover MUST BE CLICKED BACK IN FULLY for the drain pump to work properly.

    Also check drain connection for blockages too

    thanks nomad for help and all of you who try to give much needed help the rest of the year the fault was the ubiquitous lazzy band stuck around impellor thanks again ,a good new year to all regards Nige
