    The grill element blew, so I replaced it. Now, after 5 seconds or so, on either the grill OR the oven, the rcd trips out. Clock is on ok. temp light comes on OK. Fan in the oven starts up and runs….
    Blown triac perhaps ???

    Single pole switching on these, so check the fan oven element,

    Problem solved….. my son had removed one of the wires ( neutral) from the oven element and put it back on the fan earth tag. Hence popping the RCD… 🙁
